- Trained and certified resources to deliver the project solutions and services
- Cloud and contact center experience
How it works
This is a 12-day engagement which includes consulting time for each of the following activities related to a single project:
- Project setup and planning (1 day)
- Locations service (1 day)
- Discovery and design (2 days)
- Genesys Cloud CX configuration (2 days or 4 remote 4-hour sessions)
- UAT Planning & Support (2 days or 4 remote 4-hour sessions)
- Train the trainer (1 day)
- Go live planning and support (3 days)
