Prerequisites:

  • A dialable contact list ready for import into Genesys Cloud CX in .cvs format
  • Recommended: Completion of the Genesys Cloud CX Outbound Dialing training course

How it works

This is a remote engagement spread across 2 weeks. During this engagement, the Genesys Cloud CX expert will:

  1. Conduct a 4-hour call to do the following:
  • Review Dialer campaign functionality, configuration options, and best practices.
  • Configure one basic outbound campaign.
  1. Conduct a 2-hour call to review any related questions and prepare you for creating and updating additional campaigns.
  2. Provide follow-up consultation for up to 6 hours.
