The Bot Design 101 Workshop is a one day interactive presentation performed on the customer site by one of Genesys’ Professional Services Voice User Interface (VUI) Designers. At the end of the workshop, the attendees should be able to:

• Participate effectively as a member of the design team
• Know how to evaluate a design

This engagement is designed to help those that may have a high incident rate related to routing or poor/inconsistent error messaging due to suboptimal routing logic.

• Understanding of what it will take to implement voice bots into the an existing CX solution
