How it works
A technical expert will work with your designated points of contact and Genesys care team to support the effective execution of your technical event by:
- Conducting planning session prior to change
- Learning the customer environment and expectations of the event
- Evaluating potential weak points
- Developing recommendations on how to operate during the event
- Monitoring and providing checkpoints during change
- Reviewing overall status post event and completing transition to normal operation
*Customer will pay T&E for onsite delivery.
