How it works

A technical expert will work with your designated points of contact and Genesys care team to support the effective execution of your technical event by:

  • Conducting planning session prior to change
  • Learning the customer environment and expectations of the event
  • Evaluating potential weak points
  • Developing recommendations on how to operate during the event
  • Monitoring and providing checkpoints during change
  • Reviewing overall status post event and completing transition to normal operation

 

*Customer will pay T&E for onsite delivery.
